The KRA Assistant is a tool to help you create clear Key Results Areas (KRAs) for your leaders and team members, so everyone knows their role and what winning looks like. Since the tool is still in Beta, you may need to make a few tweaks along the way as we continue refining it.
Here’s how to get started with the KRA Assistant:
1. Set Up Your Team
To unlock the KRA Assistant, make sure you’ve invited your team members to create and set up their Elite accounts. It's important to note that the KRA Assistant is only available to Elite account owners and leaders with direct reports.
2. Use the KRA Assistant
After your team sets up their accounts, go to the Team tab in the left-hand sidebar to access the KRA Assistant. Simply select your company’s industry, enter the team member’s job title, list 3–5 key responsibilities, and click “Generate KRA.” Once the KRA is generated, use the “Copy to Clipboard” button and paste it into our editable KRA template for an even smoother process.
