If team members are not receiving the Weekly Report reminder email, send them this link. (The link does not change week to week, so they can bookmark it for future use too.)
Note: The email reminder is sent out every Friday, typically between 10:00-11:00 a.m. (Central Time).
- Team members can opt to create a recurring calendar reminder with the link in it to ensure they receive a weekly reminder.
- Check the junk/spam folder for an email from email@e.entreleadership.com with the subject line Reminder: Fill out your Weekly Report.
If you've checked the junk/spam folder and still don't see the reminder email, contact our Customer Success team at entreleadership.help@ramseysolutions.com with the following information:
- Who is not receiving the reminder - first name(s), last name(s), and email address(es)
- The date they last received a reminder
