As you invite your team members into Weekly Reports, they’ll receive automated emails from EntreLeadership to make building the habit of submitting a report easier.
1. Invitation to Weekly Reports
Your team members will receive this first email after you invite them to fill out Weekly Reports. It instructs them to create an account and lets them know why Weekly Reports are important.
2. First Reminder
Your team members will receive this email on the first Friday after they sign up for Weekly Reports. Not only does it remind them to fill out their reports, but it also lets them know what to expect from you and EntreLeadership going forward.
3. Weekly Reminder
Every Friday, your team members will receive this email reminding them to fill out their Weekly Reports before they head out for the weekend. They can also opt in to receive a text reminder every Friday on the My Reports page in Elite.
4. Comment on a Report
When you reply to a team member’s Weekly Report, they’ll get an email with your comment and a link to see their report in Elite.
5. Missed Report
If a team member forgets to submit a report, you can send a reminder from your Team Reports dashboard. This email includes a link to the report for the week they missed.
