The new Team Reports dashboard makes it easy to see Weekly Reports from your direct reports, extended team, and other team members in one place. With the new Twelve-Week Trend graph, you can understand if that drop in morale is temporary or something you need to address with your team.
Viewing Weekly Reports From Your Direct Reports:
- By default, any team members who have you as their leader will show up on your Direct Reports tab.
- From the Team Reports dashboard, you can send reminders, review reports, and leave comments. And you can add items to the agenda for each team member’s one-on-one.
- Team members will be notified by email when you’ve commented on their Weekly Reports.
Viewing Weekly Reports From Your Extended Team:
- If you manage team members with direct reports of their own, the Extended Team tab will let you perform the same actions with their Weekly Reports. You can also see the trends in morale, stress, and workload across all extended team members.
- We recommend a team member’s direct leader should be responsible for sending Weekly Report reminders so the team member doesn’t get multiple emails.
Viewing Weekly Reports From Other Team Members:
- If you have team members who have added you as an Additional Viewer on their Weekly Reports, you’ll see them on this tab. You can review and comment on these just as you would for your direct reports.
- Again, we recommend a team member’s direct leader should be responsible for sending Weekly Report reminders so the team member doesn’t get multiple emails.
